Returns & Damaged Shipments

Returns:
We’ll be happy to assist you with your return. First, please be sure you are familiar with our Return Policy, which specifies a $25 shipping cost and handling costs and 25% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returns (except in cases of defective items or erroneous shipments, of course). When you are ready to initiate the return process, please enter your order number and postal code below, click next and complete the return form. A Click Lighting and Home Customer Service representative will contact you to provide detailed instructions for returning your items.

Shipping:
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery on all items.

Damaged/Erroneous Shipments & Missing Parts:
Please enter your Order # and Delivery Postal Code and click on "Next" and your order will be retrieved. Teh proceed to provide a detailed description of the damaged fixture or missing parts. A Click Lighting and Home Customer Service representative will contact you to let you know when to expect a replacement fixture or parts. We will not be responsible for any labor fees incurred by the use of electricians/contractors.
On weekdays, you can expect a response from us within 24 hours. If you send your request on a weekend, you can expect to hear from us on Monday.
